Returns Policy
- Returns are not accepted unless our team deems the product to have a major fault.
- If purchasing from a stockist, contact them directly to learn about their return policy.
- If accepting of a return request, we will provide a prepaid shipping return label (to Australian customers only) via email, and offer:
- a refund to the original payment method or;
- a store credit of the original product cost (shipping cost excluded), which will be sent by email as a coupon code to use at checkout or;
- an exchange.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- If you believe your item is damaged, has a fault, or you have received the wrong item, please contact our team at contact.archerfield@gmail.com. Please include order details and a photo of the item/fault/damage.
